Work Duties As a Land Manager, you are responsible for managing Trafikverket's undeveloped properties and representing Trafikverket as a property owner throughout the country. This involves matters concerning land areas in relation to neighbors, authorities, municipalities, and the public. You also work with the sale of our properties and prepare and renegotiate real estate law agreements such as easement, leasehold, and other use rights agreements. You also represent Trafikverket at surveying procedures and provide real estate law support to internal operations. Qualifications Who are you? To succeed in the manager role, you need to be comfortable taking independent responsibility and driving your issues forward, while understanding when you need to involve others. You will have many points of contact both internally and externally, and therefore need to have a strong ability to build good relationships and collaborate and to communicate clearly and factually. You are analytical and solution-oriented with the ability to see both details and the bigger picture. You are also good at planning and structuring your work, while handling unexpected events in a flexible way and reprioritizing when necessary. We are looking for someone who has several years of current and relevant experience working with real estate law matters, where you frequently use real estate law regulations a university or college degree of at least 180hp in surveying very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing a valid driver's license for a car It is a merit if you have experience working in a case management system experience acquiring property with an accompanying valuable building Additional Information In this recruitment, web-based tests may be used as part of the selection process.
