Asta Agency is collaborating with Adway in this recruitment process. This is a part-time consulting assignment, 10-20 hours per week. You will be employed by Asta Agency and work as a consultant for Adway. About the Role As a Marketing & Sales Assistant, you will be part of and support the Customer Success and sales team with varying tasks. You work 10-20 hours per week and your responsibilities include: ✅ Administrative tasks such as registration and information management ✅ Event coordination – helping organize events ✅ Travel bookings – flights and hotels ✅ Customer Success tasks – adjust campaigns, contribute ideas on design and presentation ✅ Image editing and presentation materials – create and prepare PowerPoints ✅ Reporting – compile simple reports Qualifications and Characteristics You are thorough and engaged with an interest in digital marketing. You have the ability to work both independently and in a team, plus a strong interest in building customer relationships. You are organized, enjoy taking initiative, and have an eye for detail. Ongoing post-secondary education in, for example, digital marketing or E-Commerce Strong administrative skills Interest in marketing and digital campaigns Experience in image editing and presentation materials is a plus Additionally, it is especially advantageous if you speak French Other Information Start: August Location: Central Stockholm Scope: Part-time, 10-20 hours per week Salary: Hourly rate by agreement We conduct continuous selection in this process, which means the position can be filled before the final application deadline.
