About the role As a Marketing, Branding & Communication Specialist, you will be a central part of the Sales Operations team within Product Positioning. You are responsible for coordinating and updating marketing materials and ensuring that all content follows Siemens Energy's new brand identity. You will work closely with central marketing functions, the branding team, product managers, and external suppliers to ensure high quality, efficiency, and consistent communication across all channels. The role offers broad contact surfaces and requires both an operational and coordinating approach. The work is conducted in a hybrid model where you are expected to be on-site in Finspång three days per week and can work remotely two days. Your responsibilities Drive and coordinate updates of marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and customer information according to applicable branding guidelines. Responsible for uploading, structuring, and quality assurance of materials in the Customer Energy Portal. Act as the link between the central marketing organization, the branding program, and the business to ensure consistent communication and visual identity. Follow up on documentation changes, ensure progress, and create clear status overviews for all stakeholders. Collaborate with external suppliers responsible for bulk updates and conversion of marketing materials. Identify and implement automations and smart work methods that streamline document and content management. Contribute to an efficient communication process within Sales Operations and Product Positioning. We are looking for you who Have experience in market communications, branding projects, or major content and documentation projects. Are experienced in creating, updating, and quality-assuring marketing materials and customer communications. Have experience with content management systems, customer portals, CRM systems, or document management processes. Thrive in a coordinating role with many contact surfaces and are skilled at collaborating with both internal and external parties. Have experience with automation or tools that streamline content management and document updates. Communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing. Work in a structured, meticulous manner and enjoy managing multiple parallel activities at the same time. Have the ability to work from Siemens Energy's office in Finspång at least three days per week. About the team You will become part of Sales Operations within Product Positioning, which is responsible for supporting the business in areas such as marketing, communications, customer portals, Salesforce, CPQ tools, and product catalogs. The team plays an important role in creating value for both the sales organization and Siemens Energy's customers throughout the product lifecycle.
