Ground Worker Ground Worker / Arborist Assistant needed at Trädkompaniet AB ​Trädkompaniet AB is growing and we are now looking for an engaged and physically strong ground worker/arborist assistant to join our team. As a ground worker, you are a key person on site who ensures that jobs run safely and efficiently and that the work site is left clean and tidy. ​About the role ​As a ground worker, you work in close collaboration with our arborists on site. Your main responsibilities include: ​Handling and removal of branches, logs, and timber. ​Operating and feeding the wood chipper, as well as handling the stump grinder and lighter machinery. ​Assisting the arborist on site (e.g., securing branches and safety equipment). ​Work with green space maintenance such as brush clearing, hedge trimming, and grass trimming. ​Afterwork and cleanup at the work site so customers always receive a neat result. ​We offer flexible employment arrangements based on your situation: hourly employment, seasonal employment, or permanent employment (with an initial probationary period). Even if you run your own business with F-skatt, we welcome you to contact us for subcontracting work. ​Who are you? ​You have good physical condition and enjoy hard outdoor work in all weather. ​You hold a B driver's license (BE driver's license is highly valued). ​You have a chainsaw license (A/B).
