About the Role As a land and street planner, you will work as a consultant at Structor Mark Väst on infrastructure development assignments where you are responsible for planning and implementation within land and street projects. You will work on projects from start to finish and be responsible for: Planning within land, street, and road Participation in early phases and investigations Planning, coordination, and technical solutions Dialogue with clients and other planners Delivery of documents through different project phases In this role, you have significant independent responsibility and are expected to drive parts of assignments independently, while also being an important part of the team. About You We are seeking an experienced and independent planner with a good understanding of the entire planning process for land and street projects. You have several years of experience from similar roles and thrive in the consulting role where you combine technical work with client contact. We would like to see that you have: A degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent At least 7 years of experience in land and street planning Good skills in CAD, for example AutoCAD Civil 3D Experience working independently on projects Class B driver's license It is meritious if you have previously held a role as technical manager or project manager, and are therefore used to taking greater overall responsibility for both technical aspects, time, and delivery. Experience in construction law is also a plus. As a person, you are responsible, structured, and have a knack for collaboration.
