About the position As a ground and construction worker at NYAB, you will have a varied day working on interesting projects for our customers. Work tasks include: Ground work for foundations Slab laying Alignment for asphalt paving Water and sewage work The work takes place mainly outdoors and projects vary in scope. To make your day smooth, you have access to a company car if needed and work mainly daytime, Mon-Fri 07:00–16:00. Weekend and evening work may occur if needed. You will start your employment with an introduction where we ensure you receive thorough onboarding and quickly integrate into both the role and the company. Together with your manager, you will develop a plan for your development with us. The high season runs from May to November 2026, and there are good opportunities for continued employment if the collaboration works well for both parties. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating but are also comfortable working independently when needed. To be suitable for the role, we see that you: Have a B driver's license Speak and write Swedish fluently It is advantageous if you have: Experience or education in ground/construction work, such as water and sewage work, slab laying, or stone setting Experience reading drawings Certification for Work on Roads and/or Safe Construction is advantageous; these trainings are otherwise provided on-site at NYAB.
