We are looking for site and infrastructure workers to strengthen our team during the busy season in 2026 with the opportunity for a permanent position after the season. About the Position As a site and infrastructure worker at Install Infra, you will have a varied workday where you work on interesting projects for our customers. The tasks include: Groundwork for foundations Slab laying Adjustments for asphalting Water and sewage work The work takes place mainly outdoors and the projects vary in scope. To make your day smooth, working hours are daytime, Monday to Friday. You will start your employment with an introduction where we ensure you receive comprehensive onboarding and quickly become acquainted with both the role and the company. Together with your manager, you will develop a plan for your development with us. The busy season runs from May to November 2026, and there are good opportunities for further employment if the collaboration works well for both parties. We Are Looking For You If We believe that your commitment and drive are most important for thriving and succeeding with us. You are a team player who likes to collaborate but are also comfortable working independently when needed. To be relevant for the role, we see that you: Have a B-class driver's license Master Swedish in speech and writing It is advantageous if you have: Experience or education within site/infrastructure, for example water and sewage work, slab laying, or stonework Experience reading blueprints Certification in Work on Roads and/or Safe Construction is advantageous; these trainings are provided before your employment begins at Install Infra.
