Do you want to be part of developing preventive work for the elderly in the future while ensuring high quality and patient safety within rehabilitation? We are now recruiting a Medical Manager for Rehabilitation (MAR) with responsibility for preventive work. In this role, you will have a strategic and coordinating assignment of great importance for the municipality's development within health and care.

DUTIES
The position combines medical responsibility as MAR with clear development responsibility for the municipality's preventive work. You work both strategically and close to operations, in close cooperation with managers, employees and external actors. The position offers the opportunity to influence, develop and make a difference for the municipality's residents.
As MAR, you are responsible for, among other things, ensuring quality and patient safety within rehabilitation, responsibility for guidelines and procedures, and implementing and translating legislation and national guidelines in operations.
You develop and quality assure the municipality's preventive work for the elderly in accordance with national knowledge support and recommendations. The assignment includes ensuring early identification of risk factors through outreach activities, health conversations and cooperation between relevant services. You initiate, coordinate and follow up on measures that promote physical activity, fall prevention, good nutrition, oral health, rehabilitative approaches and social participation. The role also includes driving and further developing work to prevent involuntary loneliness and counteract social isolation among the elderly, as well as developing collaboration with primary care, civil society and other external actors.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who:
• Is a licensed physiotherapist or occupational therapist
• Has several years of broad experience working in rehabilitation
• Has good knowledge of legislation and national guidelines in the field
• Has experience in quality and development work
• Has experience of cooperation between different services and actors
It is meriting if you:
• Have experience working in a MAR function or similar responsibility
• Have experience in preventive work directed at the elderly
• Have experience in change management or transition work
• Have experience in project management or monitoring and analysis
As a person, you are confident in a strategic role and have the ability to drive development, create structure and build good cooperation both within the municipality and with external actors. You have a holistic perspective, are analytical and work independently while having a talent for collaboration and creating trusting relationships.

Salary form: Monthly salary.
