Together, we can make a difference every day. Your New Job You will be part of a team of teachers where you work together to plan and oversee students' education and development. Your focus is on creating the best conditions for each student in a safe and trusting environment. You support students in their social and academic development. You challenge students to take initiative, develop their interests, and take responsibility for themselves and others. Your role may also include mentoring some of our students. As a mentor, you have specific responsibility for a group of students, giving you the opportunity to follow their academic progress and personal development more closely. As a mentor, you inform and keep students' guardians updated on their academic development through regular development meetings. Common Tasks Plan and deliver instruction according to the curriculum. Collaborate with the work team on instruction. Grade students (possibly in cooperation with subject teachers). Document in activity systems. Create a good learning environment. Your Qualifications Certified teacher with subject authorization in Math and Science for grades 7-9. You have solid knowledge of the school's governing documents and can implement them in daily work. You have good computer skills, and it is advantageous if you have worked with digital systems designed for schools. It is advantageous if you have previous experience working in schools. It is advantageous if you have previous professional experience. We're Looking for You! You have clear classroom leadership and the ability to capture and inspire the group you teach. You have a good understanding of individual differences and respond to them in a responsive and flexible way in teaching and school life. You build good relationships and collaborate well with the contacts that appear in your professional role. We place great importance on personal qualities for this position.
