About the role
You will be based in modern offices in central Stockholm and become part of an engaged audit team with varied experience levels. As an Audit Manager, you will work with a broad portfolio of clients across different industries and sizes, where you are responsible for reviewing clients' accounting and management, as well as providing proactive advice on areas for improvement. You have a central role in the team with responsibility for audits, budgeting, coaching, and leadership. The role offers considerable room for independent responsibility, the opportunity to build long-term customer relationships, and to actively shape your own development.
About you
We are looking for someone with solid experience in audit who wants to continue developing in a leadership role. You are goal-oriented, structured, and have strong business acumen with the ability to build long-term relationships. At the same time, you are a responsive relationship builder who thrives in a dynamic environment where customer needs are central. To succeed in this role, we see that you:
Are a certified auditor or have at least 7 years of experience in the audit profession.
Have a bachelor's degree in economics, preferably with a focus on accounting/audit.
Speak Swedish and English fluently, both verbally and in writing.
Have an interest in digital solutions and want to be part of the industry's digitalization journey.
