As a consultant at Prolog, you will work with change management, competence development, and process management within various operational areas, assignments, and projects. Part of the work will be conducted at the client's site. As a consultant, you will operate across all organizational levels within a company. Key Responsibilities · Operationally lead clients through various change processes · Analyze and develop operational and management processes · Conduct training and workshops in areas such as Lean, Partnering/Collaboration & Planning/Logistics · Conduct interviews and working meetings · Develop reports, action plans, and presentations Development Opportunities · Opportunity to work with experienced colleagues on challenging projects · High level of professional development · Participate in leading assignments at our clients' sites · We have a flat organization with close proximity to management and decision-making. · There are excellent opportunities to influence your role within the company. Education: Newly graduated civil engineer, preferably with focus on Societal Construction, Roads and Water, or Industrial Economics Competencies and Qualities: We are looking for someone who takes initiative, gets things moving, and delivers results. You are a team player with high social competence and enjoy challenges. It is of utmost importance that you have excellent skills in spoken and written communication as well as analytical ability. Furthermore, you are responsible, attentive, and unpretentious. You enjoy close customer contact, can work on multiple projects in parallel, and actively participate in sales processes. This position is a full-time trial employment based in Stockholm or Malmö.
