About You
We are looking for someone who, like us, understands how important it is to quality assure all functions of the dietary data system, share knowledge, and connect it with an operations-focused approach. For this position, you need to have knowledge about people's different nutritional and energy needs. This is because you are responsible for ensuring that the recipes in our dietary data system are quality assured for, for example, allergies and consistency adaptations. Therefore, it is a requirement for the position that you have a degree in dietetics/nutrition science or equivalent training/experience as the employer deems comparable. To build on the system structure that exists, it is a requirement that you have previously worked with dietary data systems. In the fall of 2026, it is planned to implement Matilda self-inspection in our operations. You are also responsible for our catering ordering system, Faciliate, for maintaining ongoing maintenance of the system. Your work tasks also include being part of the effort to achieve a sustainable food chain and goals in accordance with the Region's sustainability plan. Through conscious work, we can steer development toward more sustainable and healthy eating habits and meals.
It is meritorious if you also have a chef's training.
In this role, you work across the region with an operations-focused approach. You are the contact person for the system's various functions, work toward good relationships, and ensure that the operations have the knowledge they need about the system's functions, through, for example, competence-building opportunities.
You are an important player in our team by calculating nutrition in recipes, developing and analyzing statistics, and being involved in achieving our goals.

You need, as responsible for the dietary data system, to have a pedagogical ability to convey your expertise in different group settings. With a holistic perspective as the foundation, you also need to have qualities such as self-direction, high collaboration ability, and work strategically and structurally, where you constantly strive to, in the best way, develop and utilize the system's functions.
