We are now looking for a meal service assistant/facilities attendant with an interest and passion for service.
You will work at various facilities, primarily at Peder Skrivares Gymnasium, Mariedalskolan and Furubergsskolan, working with catering and cleaning at all facilities.
As a meal service assistant and facilities attendant, you will have varied work. You are responsible for ensuring that our facilities are clean, pleasant and welcoming, and you will also be part of the kitchen operations with serving, simple food preparation and other kitchen tasks.

WORK TASKS
• Facilities maintenance in all school areas
• Use of cleaning machines
• Serving daily lunch
• Simple cooking (e.g. boiling potatoes, pasta, grains)
• Salad preparation and other kitchen tasks
• Dishwashing and kitchen cleaning
• Self-inspection in kitchen and cleaning
• Orders via digital systems
You work both independently and together with colleagues at different workplaces, which provides a varied day. The work is characterized by service, quality and a sustainable, ergonomic approach. You are committed to your work and see the value in a clean and well-maintained environment. You thrive in a role where service and customer care are important.
You work in a structured manner and can handle varying tasks within both kitchen and facilities maintenance. You are happy to contribute ideas and improvement suggestions that develop the operation forward.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Category B driver's license
• Ability to start at 05.30
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Food handling education at upper secondary school level or equivalent
• Tool or other certified facilities maintenance training
• Computer skills, ability to handle simple administrative tasks
Meritorious:
• Experience in facilities maintenance and floor care
• Experience as a meal service assistant
Salary form: Monthly salary.
Employment form: Permanent employment.
Duration: Start date: 2026-09-28 Start as soon as possible.
