The Service Department in Varberg Municipality is responsible for important support functions that contribute to a well-functioning municipal operation. Within Food and Cleaning, the operation works to offer nutritious meals and create clean, safe and pleasant environments for the municipality's residents, students, users and employees. WORK TASKS As a pool employee, you can work with: • Varying workplaces within food and/or cleaning • Work tasks adapted to the needs of the operation • Flexible working hours; weekend work may occur • Close collaboration with colleagues in the pool, staffing and at the workplaces QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who: • Enjoy variety and change in your work • Are flexible, responsible and solution-focused • Find it easy to collaborate and quickly integrate into new contexts • See the value in supporting colleagues and contributing to a functioning whole • Are confident in your professional role within food and/or cleaning • Have access to a car as the work involves moving between different workplaces We offer: • Varied and development-oriented work • A great group of pool colleagues where we support each other • Opportunity to use and develop your skills at many different workplaces • Pool supplement as compensation for flexibility and varying assignments • An important role in the operation where your work really makes a difference Salary form: Monthly salary. Type of employment: Permanent employment. Duration, start: October 1, 2026 or by agreement.
