Malmö Opera is the heart and voice of music drama in Scania. The house opened in 1944 and is centrally located in the Öresund region, just 20 minutes from Copenhagen. The stage is one of the largest in Europe and the amphitheater-shaped hall seats 1,500 guests. We perform classical, modern, and newly written music drama. Malmö Opera has over 285 permanent employees and 500–700 project-based performers per season. We are now seeking a dishwasher for part-time work as needed at Operagrillen. Job Description As a dishwasher, you will work within the Food & Beverage Department, which is responsible for the public-facing operations, including the Operagrillen restaurant, foyer service, and staff cafeteria. The work primarily involves handling fine and regular dishware and ensuring that dishwashing is performed in a safe, hygienic, and efficient manner. The role also includes other common kitchen tasks. The position reports to the kitchen manager. Qualifications We are looking for someone with at least five years of experience working as a dishwasher or performing similar tasks in a restaurant or large-scale kitchen operation.
