Job Responsibilities Work may include: internal painting external painting facade painting painting walls and ceilings spackling and sanding primer and topcoat painting painting doors, windows, frames, trim, and paneling wallpapering treatment of wood surfaces renovation painting work in new construction maintenance painting protective covering and preparation of work areas Requirements Swedish painter's diploma, Norwegian fagbrev, or equivalent training is preferred relevant experience in the painting trade knowledge of both interior and exterior painting ability to work independently good understanding of quality, materials, and substrate preparation willingness and ability to work in Steinkjer Swedish, Norwegian, or other Scandinavian language at a functional level Long and well-documented experience may in some cases be assessed as an alternative to formal trade certification.
