Svensk Fastighetsförmedling in Växjö is now seeking our next broker assistant who wants to be part of our dedicated and successful team. We are looking for someone who is driven, organized, and wants to contribute to our continued growth and success. ABOUT THE POSITION As a broker assistant, you will have one of the most important functions in our team where your main task will be to support the brokers in the sales processes and provide our customers with exceptional service. You will work broadly with tasks throughout the entire process: customer service, procurement, coordination, and marketing. You work closely with the responsible store manager/team leader and conduct viewings as needed. Therefore, we believe you will thrive best if you are a positive and social person who enjoys a fast pace, varied work, and taking significant personal responsibility. ABOUT YOU You have documented experience working in a customer and service-oriented profession where you are used to handling many tasks in parallel. You speak and write Swedish fluently. You hold a Class B driver's license. We are looking for someone who is service-minded, thorough, and responsible. You enjoy taking your own initiative, find it easy to collaborate, and are comfortable handling multiple tasks in parallel. Since you will be in contact with both customers and colleagues, it is important that you enjoy meeting people and contribute positive energy to the workplace. If you have previously worked as a broker coordinator, that is a merit. If you are currently studying to become a real estate broker or have an interest in the industry, that is seen as a plus but is not a requirement.
