ABOUT THE ROLE As a Broker Coordinator with us, you work in a varied and fast-paced role focused on making things easier for the brokers and creating an outstanding customer experience. To succeed in this role, you need a high level of service orientation, the ability to think ahead and independently prepare and facilitate. Your tasks will include answering phones, calling customers, booking and preparing apartment access, assisting brokers with extra showings, creating viewing materials, booking inspections and photography, and managing local marketing. ABOUT YOU As a broker assistant, it is important that you are thorough and have a sense of order. You need to be solution-oriented, meticulous, and understand what good service means. In this role, you will often have direct contact with our customers, which means you become the face of one of Sweden's leading real estate offices. To succeed in the role, you need to have: Driver's license and access to your own car A sense of service and enjoy working in a social role A structured work approach and can handle administrative tasks Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written Sweden's leading real estate office is now looking for a coordinator! Fast pace and a very fun job! Team of the Year All-time high in sales records Fixed salary plus performance-based salary (bonus) Hours can be negotiated 80-100%.
