In this important role, you will support our real estate brokers and contribute to keeping the office running smoothly and efficiently, so the team can focus on what they do best – helping more customers find their dream home in Spain. This is a varied position for someone who enjoys working with people, has a sense for organization and structure, and appreciates a dynamic and international work environment. Responsibilities As a broker coordinator, you will: Provide administrative and operational support to our real estate brokers and other office staff. Contribute to streamlining daily work so our brokers can focus on completing more successful real estate deals. Be the face of the office and provide customers, partners, and visitors with professional and warm service. Ensure the office runs efficiently and is well-organized. Coordinate administrative processes and ensure daily work flows smoothly. Maintain ongoing contact with customers, brokers, and external partners throughout the buying and selling process. Contribute to a positive team spirit and deliver customer service of the highest standard. About You We are looking for someone who: Has experience with the Spanish housing market, preferably from a real estate brokerage. Has fluent knowledge of Swedish, Spanish, and English, both spoken and written. Has previous experience in administration, customer service, or office coordination. Is accustomed to working with digital systems and administrative tasks. Is structured, proactive, and solution-oriented. Enjoys supporting colleagues and contributing to others' success. Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Can work independently while also being a team player. Lives in Torrevieja or the surrounding area.
