Real Estate Agent/Assistant - Larger Properties with Commission Rights
Position: The title is Real Estate Agent Assistant or Associate Agent, but the role includes both real estate agent and agent assistant responsibilities. Eng: Real Estate Agent Assistant
Assignment: Research on major players such as property companies that directly invest in larger operational properties. In Europe including Germany, primarily in growth regions. Build up prospecting activities. Communication with various unit managers and divisions per property segment. Reporting of completed tasks.
Education, Qualifications: Degree in real estate law, business school, general law, licensed real estate agent, other senior qualifications in public procurement IHM, Mercell Opic, Sipu. A degree or professional diploma is a basic requirement. Other educational qualifications may also be attractive for the assignment.
Professional Experience: Professional experience is a basic requirement. You may have been directly responsible or involved in processes for transactions at larger transaction levels such as: larger properties, ships, defense industry, medical technology, or other major deals. International transactions at an advanced level are meritorious. You may have been a senior transaction lawyer in real estate who was unable to participate in commissions or success fees due to technical obstacles, clauses, and you are attracted to an assignment like this. Strong professional experience trumps educational qualifications but then higher demands are set.
Scope: The time scope varies depending on factors such as availability per quarter or season, number of players per segment (linked to availability) and demand, but continuity is a basic requirement. The assignment requires presence and continuity but can be combined with other activities if needed/desired. The assignment is given on a trial basis with the possibility of extension after review.
Languages: Fluent Swedish, very good English, good business English, good German: are meritorious but not an absolute requirement.
Location: The starting position is Stockholm but the assignment does not require residence in Stockholm, although it is an advantage. The assignment can be performed freely at a distance with a computer, laptop, and good wifi. Follow-up meetings are conducted on-site in Stockholm. Introduction, directives, training is provided continuously.
Training, Resources: The assignment requires zero cost/investment, no training costs for the person who wins the assignment as is otherwise standard. Application is made via email with a short personal letter, presentation, and CV.
Fee/Salary/Commission, Contract Offer: Fee is offered as commission according to standard and is secured to the person who qualifies for me, the service is offered through a contract, business standard. The amount is determined by foreseeable factors, full information is given only to applicants who qualify and only prior to contract offer and assignment activation.
