Job Responsibilities As a Lunch Chef, you will have overall responsibility for lunch service and the daily kitchen operations during lunch hours. Your responsibilities include: Responsibility for planning and preparing the lunch of the day. Ensuring that food meets high quality standards and is served on time. Planning and organizing the daily work in the kitchen. Collaborating with the head chef and other team members to create an efficient workflow. Responsibility for order, hygiene, and self-inspection according to applicable food safety regulations. Contributing ideas and engagement in the development of the lunch menu. Ensuring a good work environment and smooth collaboration in the kitchen. Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Has several years of experience as a chef. Has experience working independently and taking responsibility in the kitchen. Is organized, thorough, and quality-conscious. Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
