Assignment and Competency Requirements As an M365 User Adoption Specialist, you'll work closely with the business to ensure we get maximum value from our M365 platform. You're a key person in driving value creation, with a focus on developing work practices, increasing adoption, and supporting employees in their daily work. In this role, you'll drive adoption and value realization within M365 by planning and delivering workshops, training sessions, and team exercises. You'll support the organization in using tools like Teams, SharePoint, and Copilot effectively and serve as an advisor on modern working practices and collaboration. You're also responsible for developing and maintaining M365 and Copilot forums, tracking usage, and contributing to continuous improvement. An important part of the role is staying current with new platform features and possibilities, and serving as a bridge between IT and the business. You'll work closely with multiple functions including operations, management groups, ambassadors, HR, communications, support, IT, and external vendors. To succeed in this role, we're looking for: - Experience working with M365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Copilot) - Experience with user adoption, change management, or implementing digital work practices - Experience delivering workshops, training, or similar activities - Experience working closely with business functions and the ability to translate needs into concrete work practices and recommendations - Strong communication skills and the ability to tailor messages to different audiences, from executives to end users - Basic understanding of information security, GDPR, and secure use of digital tools It's a bonus if you have: - Experience from the public sector or large organizations where you've worked in complex environments with multiple stakeholders - Structured experience with change management methodologies like Prosci or similar - Familiarity with established approaches and methods for digital development, such as experience with learning portals or e-learning platforms (like Learnifier or equivalent), or project methodologies such as XLPM or similar frameworks - General understanding of adjacent areas in the M365 ecosystem, such as Power Platform, Copilot, automation, or AI-related work practices – not to develop solutions yourself, but to understand possibilities and engage with the business To thrive and succeed in this role, we believe you're pedagogical and communicative with strong ability to adapt messages to different audiences.
