The Business Development Department currently consists of three IT units responsible for operations, management, system, business, and process development. We work with both custom-developed solutions and standard systems, and we are responsible for PTS's IT systems, websites, and e-services, as well as for supporting the agency in streamlining and developing our work methods. During the year, several new system implementations will take place, and a new organization will be developed to take effect at the turn of the year 2026/27 when a merger of authorities with Digg occurs. About the Role As an M365 specialist, you will work with configuration, administration, troubleshooting, quality assurance, and further development of the agency's Microsoft 365 environment. The role includes translating business needs, security requirements, and governing documents into practical and sustainable technical solutions—for example, in Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 Admin Center. You have a good understanding of different licensing models and are responsible for assignment and configuration in Admin Center. The role is both operational and strategic. You work with daily management of technical issues, incidents, and changes, while also contributing to the development of work methods, routines, documentation, and long-term technical decisions in the field. You operate in an environment with high demands on information security and regulatory compliance, which requires precision, structure, and a security-conscious approach. As an M365 specialist, you also function as a technical advisor to the IT organization, business, and management. You are part of building a stable, secure, and sustainable management of the platform, where usability, compliance, and security work together. About You We are looking for someone who is collaborative, unpretentious, and confident in an advisory role, where you like to share your knowledge with others. You work in a structured and methodical manner, with good order in both technology and documentation, and have the ability to plan, prioritize, and complete your work on time. Furthermore, you are communicative and can explain complex technical solutions in a pedagogical way to different audiences. Finally, you are solution-oriented, with a good ability to quickly analyze problems and find effective and sustainable solutions. We are looking for someone who has: At least three years of documented professional experience configuring M365 and its components. Very good technical understanding and practical experience configuring Microsoft 365 and its components, identity and access management, and security settings in cloud-based environments. Good understanding of information security and compliance related to cloud services. Ability to structure technical information, write decision documents and consequence descriptions, and describe security trade-offs in a way that is understandable to both technicians and decision-makers. Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing. It is also advantageous if you have: Experience migrating and consolidating multiple agencies or companies to a shared tenant in Microsoft 365. Experience configuring and administering phones, computers, and applications via Intune. Experience automating with PowerShell. Experience implementing and managing Microsoft 365 in the public sector or other regulated operations.
