Luleå Diocese is strengthening its Unit for Parish Life and is now seeking a diocesan adjunct focused on promoting Christian faith in the next generation, confirmation candidates, and youth. The diocesan adjunct will work long-term and strategically to advance the objective of fostering vibrant parish life throughout Luleå Diocese. The work is carried out in collaboration with other staff members in the diocesan organization, other dioceses, and parishes in Luleå Diocese. Duties As diocesan adjunct for Christian faith in the next generation, you will, for example: Lead developmental work for Christian faith in the next generation. Promote and develop confirmation candidate activities in Luleå Diocese Oversee the confirmation candidate network in Luleå Diocese Provide support for youth events, including collaboration with the Church of Sweden's Youth organization in Luleå Diocese Participate in the diocesan organization's Trainee program work We Are Seeking You If You Have a passion for helping people come to faith and grow in faith, and wish to enable community to be created and deepened. You long for God's kingdom to expand and creation to be restored, and you are an ordained priest. You hold a university degree in theology and have experience working in parishes of the Church of Sweden, preferably with confirmation candidates and youth. You express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish, hold a driver's license, and possess basic IT skills. Personal Qualities You are a confident and stable person with strong self-awareness. You have a strategic approach and the ability to see the bigger picture. You collaborate well with others, are self-directed, and take responsibility for driving work forward. You build trusting relationships and work in a structured manner. In this recruitment, great emphasis is placed on your personal qualities.
