Personal Assistant Needed for a Man in Rejmyre Do you want meaningful work where you make a difference every day? Then this might be the job for you. Care Group is now seeking a personal assistant for a man in Rejmyre. This position suits you if you appreciate working independently, are calm and patient, and have the ability to motivate and create structure in daily life. The work involves one-on-one assistance with varying hours. Work also occurs on weekends according to schedule. Work also occurs on Saturdays, preliminarily every other Saturday according to schedule. About the Role As a personal assistant, you become important support in your client's daily life. The client has dementia and is a calm and withdrawn person who appreciates a secure, respectful, and predictable approach. A large part of the assignment involves motivating and encouraging the client through various daily activities. With patience and a calm approach, you help the client maintain their routines and independence. Work tasks include, among other things: Support with morning and afternoon routines Assistance with toilet visits and personal care when needed Meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks Receiving the client when transportation service or taxi arrives from day activity and helping him into the home Social support and motivational interventions in daily life Support with the client's dog when needed The client has a strong interest in fishing and cars and is very fond of his dog. If you share any of these interests, that's a plus and can contribute to a good relationship.
