Calm and Trustworthy Person Needed for Evening and Night Shifts

We are looking for a man or woman for a position at approximately 80%. You must be smoke-free (snus is okay). You also need to be relatively physically strong. Our client is a man in his mid-thirties. You will be working in a family environment with children and a small dog, so you need to be social, cheerful, able to read the room, and have good organizational skills. Experience and qualifications from previous care work are certainly not a disadvantage but are secondary. Personal chemistry is what matters in this case. You will always work with a partner during night shifts, so you need to be able to collaborate and be social. If you are calm, trustworthy, and not a stressful person, that will make this job easier. You also need to be able to work every other weekend. We would like you to view this as a permanent position you will stay in, not something temporary while waiting to start studies or similar. We will require a criminal record check for anyone who becomes a candidate for this position.
