Then this might be an assignment for you! We are looking for someone to work as an LSS/SoL Case Worker in the unit for persons with disabilities within the Authority Function. As a case worker, you work to ensure legal certainty and participation according to the IBIC investigation method (Individual Needs in Focus). You are responsible for investigation, assessment, decision-making, and follow-up of benefits under the Social Services Act (SoL) and the Act on Support and Services for Persons with Certain Disabilities (LSS), as well as commissioning services from providers. Your role also includes participating in method development and process improvement, as well as collaborating with other authorities and organizations. You also work for a good working environment together with your colleagues. Qualifications You have a social work or social care degree according to the previous curriculum requirements. For this position, you must have knowledge in the application of current legislation and experience in case management according to the Social Services Act (SoL) and the Act on Support and Services for Persons with Certain Disabilities (LSS). Your ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing, is excellent. You also have good organizational skills and knowledge of administration and documentation. You have strong collaboration skills, are responsive, and are a creative contributor. We use the LifeCare documentation system and would be pleased if you have experience with this system.
