We are now welcoming an engaged and professional LSS case officer for adults to the Disability Services Division at the Care and Social Services Office in Sollentuna Municipality.
Job Description
As an LSS case officer, you meet adults with various disabilities and life situations. Through qualified public administration, you contribute to helping people get the support they need to live an independent and meaningful life.
You are responsible for investigating, assessing, making decisions, and following up on interventions according to LSS, the Social Services Act (SoL), and the Riksfärdtjänst Act. The work involves many points of contact and close cooperation with individuals, relatives, service providers, and other partners.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone with relevant university education.
You succeed with us if you meet people with respect, attentiveness, and professionalism. You feel secure in your public administration role and have the ability to build trusting relationships with people in different life situations.
You are driven to develop in your professional role and want to contribute to high quality in our activities. With a structured and legally sound approach, you manage your cases while having the ability to see the bigger picture. Analytical sharpness, good judgment, and confidence in decision-making are qualities that will serve you well in this role.
It is an advantage if you are a social worker with experience in public administration according to LSS and SoL.
You also need to have a strong ability to express yourself clearly and professionally in speech and writing.
About the Division
The Disability Services Division currently consists of eleven case officers, two placement coordinators, two housing adaptation case officers, group leaders, a development manager, and a manager. Together we work to create conditions for participation, independence, and good living conditions for Sollentuna's residents.
The Care and Social Services Office consists of approximately 70 employees working in areas including social services, LSS case management, finance, administration, and support and development. We actively work with quality, development, and choice to offer residents the best possible service.
