About the Role
As a Solutions Architect, you will develop software solutions to implement our PLM initiatives based on the work packages defined by the projects. You will work seamlessly in Visual Studio, C++, C#, BMIDE Java, and Eclipse.
Initially, you will support the business by implementing smaller changes and further developing functionality in our PLM system.
For the right person, there are good opportunities to influence and develop both the role and working methods within the PLM department.
Location
NIBE's PLM team is located at the headquarters in Markaryd.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who is curious, self-driven, and proactive, and who sees opportunities to contribute to the development of our PLM function.
You have a structured approach to work and an interest in methodologies that promote information coordination. At the same time, you have good collaboration skills and a natural team spirit.
A suitable background could be as an engineer, project manager, or education in systems or computer science, preferably combined with experience as a CAD designer. You have a good understanding of product development processes, lifecycle management, and quality work.
We would like you to have:
Experience working with PLM systems, preferably Siemens Teamcenter which is our primary tool
Knowledge of Autodesk Inventor, Solid Edge, SolidWorks, Infor XA, and Microsoft Visio
Experience from the manufacturing industry is a plus
