About the Job We are looking for a Solutions Architect with a strong interest in technology and architecture, with a focus on web development using .NET and Angular. As a Solutions Architect with us, you will participate in the entire lifecycle of a strategically prioritized system. Together with the Domain Architect, you will be responsible for technical design and will ultimately be accountable for system architecture, code quality, and knowledge sharing within the team. Together with competent and pleasant colleagues, you will also develop and support Kronofogden's core operations. You will contribute to the development and management of the system support used for handling cases regarding payment orders and assistance within the summary process. You will have the opportunity to work with complex environments and many integrations, where we collaborate extensively with several other government agencies. We work with .NET (C#), Entity Framework, MVC/Web-API, XML, MS SQL Server, and TSQL. Other frameworks, technologies, and tools we favor are NUnit, Git, Jenkins, JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, message queuing (ActiveMQ Artemis), and REST-API. You are part of an agile development team that takes end-to-end responsibility, including everything from maintenance to new development and delivery. Your Qualifications: We are looking for someone who has: - At least 3 years of experience as a Solutions Architect or equivalent - At least 5 years of work experience in application development with C#/.NET within the past 8 years - Work experience with event-driven architecture solutions - Work experience with message handling using ActiveMQ Artemis or equivalent - Work experience with investigations/feasibility studies within the past 3 years - Work experience with code reviews and continuous code improvement - The ability to understand complex environments and solutions - The ability to lead and guide other developers - Work experience in some form of leadership role within the past 5 years - Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written - Education at least at upper secondary level It is advantageous if you have experience with: - Work experience with Angular within the past 5 years - Work experience with JavaScript/TypeScript within the past 5 years - Experience with agile methods such as Scrum and SAFe - Work experience with requirements management within the past 3 years - Work experience with automated unit testing and related tools About Us Kronofogden is a government agency with an important mission. Good to Know The employment is permanent and begins with a six-month probationary period. You will be employed as an IT Officer. Kronofogden offers the possibility of remote work by agreement with your employer. Working for the state means you comply with the national government values framework. Special demands are also placed on judgment, security awareness, and compliance with applicable laws. We also obtain information about debts registered with Kronofogden, bankruptcy, and business prohibitions. A security clearance with a register check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before employment decisions are made.
