Job Description We are seeking a solutions architect, junior or senior, who is passionate about one or more domains. You have knowledge within security, custom development, container development, and system architecture documentation, with a focus on On-Prem. Our environments are built on Microsoft and Linux, with .NET/C# as the primary track, but Java also occurs. Security is our highest priority. Your work tasks vary depending on the domain. You can specify solution requirements to vendors and design and implement solutions based on Microsoft and Linux technologies, such as Windows Server, SQL Server, .NET, Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux distributions, for on-prem and container-based environments. You can also design and evaluate architectures for mobility, integrations, and security. As a solutions architect, you are responsible for clear and up-to-date system architecture documentation (SAD). You translate business needs into sustainable technical solutions with security in focus and ensure that the architecture is maintained throughout its lifecycle. You also work with system integrations and ensure that solutions are scalable, secure, and efficient in various technical environments. We are seeking someone who has: An academic degree in computer science, civil engineering, or engineering in data, or another education in combination with experience that the Swedish Prison and Probation Service deems relevant Certification in solutions architecture Experience with solutions architecture and development in both Microsoft and/or Linux environments (Windows Server, SQL Server, .NET, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux distributions) Experience creating and maintaining System Architecture Documentation (SAD) for technical solutions and architectures Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and to communicate technical concepts clearly Ability to take responsibility for both technical design and documentation throughout the solution's lifecycle Very good ability to express yourself well verbally and in writing in Swedish Good knowledge of custom development and/or purchased standard systems Good knowledge of security work related to architecture It is also advantageous to have: Certification in IT security Experience working with DevOps and CI/CD processes Experience working with security and compliance in on-prem and container-based solutions Experience working with documentation tools (e.g., UML, ArchiMate) and documentation standards Experience working with on-prem solutions and container solutions to create efficient and scalable systems Knowledge of agile development Other Information The Swedish Prison and Probation Service has chosen to eliminate the cover letter and replace it with selection questions relevant to the position.
