Job Description We are now seeking a solutions architect/senior developer who wants to help create modern, sustainable, and secure solutions in projects that make a real difference. The focus of this role will be on modern technologies and AI. With us, you will work closely with development teams, DevOps, product owners, and customers in an environment where knowledge sharing, curiosity, and long-term development are highly valued. This role is ideal for you if you enjoy combining technical depth with collaboration and want the opportunity to influence architecture, working methods, and future solutions. In this role, you will design and implement scalable solutions based on business needs, while also participating in coding, technical decisions, and architecture discussions. You will also provide technical leadership by supporting the team, driving improvements, and ensuring high quality in deliverables. Your work will also include dialogue with customers and stakeholders, where you help develop solution proposals and create technical business value. Qualifications Required Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in systems development, IT architecture, or technical design At least 3 years of experience as a solutions architect in larger and complex IT environments within the energy sector, public sector, or other critical infrastructure Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written Meriting Qualifications Experience with integration architecture and API-based solutions Experience with modern integration platforms and message-based communication Good understanding of cloud and hybrid architectures Experience documenting architecture according to established methods and frameworks Good understanding of information modeling and system integration We believe you are analytical, structured, and have a good ability to see the bigger picture in complex system landscapes. You are communicative and experienced at building consensus between business and technology. As a person, you are solution-oriented, pedagogical, and confident in making technical decisions with long-term impact on the organization. You have a strong interest in architecture matters and are driven by creating robust, secure, and future-proof solutions that contribute to organizational development.
