About the Position Professionals Nord is recruiting on behalf of Swedbank a payroll specialist for their operations in Östersund. You will become part of a team of approximately 10 people who together are responsible for delivering a high-quality and secure payroll service to the organization. This is a full-time temporary position for approximately four months, starting October 12, 2026. If you want to broaden your experience in payroll, this is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience from the banking and finance industry while becoming part of a large organization undergoing change and development. In this role, you will work independently with great personal responsibility while also collaborating closely with your colleagues. You will also have contact with both managers and employees and provide support on various payroll-related matters. Work is carried out primarily on-site at Swedbank's facilities on Frösön, with possible opportunity for some remote work further down the line. This recruitment process is handled by Professionals Nord, and Swedbank's wish is that all questions about the position are directed to [email protected] Key Responsibilities As a payroll specialist, you will, among other things: - Together with the team ensure high-quality and correct payroll delivery - Handle and resolve payroll-related questions - Provide service and support to managers and employees - Work independently with great personal responsibility within your area - Collaborate closely with other colleagues in the payroll team - Contribute to developing, improving, and simplifying working methods and processes - Participate in the transformation journey the organization is undergoing We Are Looking For You If You - Have education in payroll, such as a payroll specialist or equivalent - Have at least three years of experience in payroll work, for example from a payroll department or as a payroll consultant - Have good skills in Excel and other Office applications - Have good system experience and are comfortable working with different digital systems - Have experience working together with others in a team It is a merit if you have previous experience with the payroll system POL.
