Your Assignment
As a payroll specialist, you will be an important part in ensuring payroll work for our approximately 840 employees. You work closely with your colleagues in a team with high competence and great commitment.
You are part of the national HR department, which currently consists of 14 competent and committed employees, including 5 HR partners and a group manager, 5 HR specialists, and a payroll function with two payroll specialists and an HR manager. The role is located at our national office in central Stockholm.
In this role, you are responsible for:
Handling and ensuring salary preparation, salary payments, and handling and payment of travel expenses for all employees within Hyresgästföreningen.
Administering fees and compensation to elected representatives.
Conducting pension reporting, reconciliations, statistics, declarations, and other contacts with authorities and reporting in our systems.
Supporting managers and the HR department with various reports and analyses related to payroll and compensation matters, salary setting, benefits, and salary reviews.
Handling, answering, and supporting payroll-related questions from other employees.
Ensuring that pension provisions are made according to law and agreements, and being responsible for information regarding pension agreements and pension models.
Being the HR department's operational specialist and system manager for the payroll system Agda PS.
Your Background
Qualifications
3-year upper secondary education (Gymnasium) and post-secondary education in HR, payroll administration, and/or business/economics.
Several years of experience with payroll administration tasks in various organizations and operations.
Experience with the payroll system Agda PS.
Good knowledge of the Office package, Excel, and other relevant systems.
Experience with and interest in developing work methods, technical solutions, and digitalization.
Knowledge of laws and agreements within labor law, collective agreements, and other matters related to payroll.
It is meriting to have experience with handling variable salaries. It is also meriting to have experience participating in projects for implementing new HR systems with responsibility for ensuring integration and connection to the payroll system.
You are a senior payroll specialist who wants to take overall responsibility for the quality, regulatory compliance, and process development of the payroll function.
