The role also includes providing qualified advice, creating good communication with the business, and ensuring high quality in salary processes and staffing planning—a varied job where the unit has approximately 60 different tasks. About you For this position, you need: Post-secondary education in salary or economics, or work experience that the employer considers equivalent Several years of experience as a salary consultant Driver's license Very good Swedish in spoken and written form It is meriting if you also have: Knowledge of the Heroma salary/HR system Pedagogical training Experience with PKS work (Production and capacity management) Knowledge and experience in creating and maintaining routines, checklists, and templates Knowledge in creating pedagogical instructional videos Knowledge of Tiohundra's collective agreements—General Provisions, Special Provisions for Physicians, and the PAN agreement We are looking for someone who is responsible, self-directed, and takes own initiatives in developing and strengthening relationships.
