Salary Consultant to the Skellefteå Office We are now looking for someone who wants to work as a salary consultant with some of our exciting client companies. Your Responsibilities Your main responsibilities will be to help our clients manage their salary function based on the client's circumstances and needs. You are responsible for the payroll process for the client, from collection of documentation to completed salary payments and reporting to authorities. You will handle payroll for different types of companies, Swedish and international companies. The role also includes handling reports to authorities, Fora, and others. Some consulting is included, such as serving as a sounding board for the client's salary and personnel questions. The clients will be both local and international. We work largely with a digital approach. Depending on your background and experience, there will also be opportunities for other tasks according to your preferences. Qualifications · We are looking for someone with experience in payroll work and experience with different employment agreements · We prefer that you have experience with employment law matters · We prefer that you have post-secondary education in payroll administration, HR, or equivalent work experience · We are looking for someone who can and dares to take their own responsibility and is used to working independently · We prefer that you speak and write Swedish and English fluently · We value a solution-oriented and business-minded approach, and we hope you are outgoing, engaged, and curious about developing in your role. · The role involves many contacts with both clients and colleagues, which places high demands on good communication skills and professional conduct.
