The Role You will primarily work with various types of companies or organizations and are expected to provide quality payroll consulting and assist in all parts of the payroll process. This gives you the opportunity to transfer knowledge between different projects, build broader experience, and enjoy varied work. In your role as a payroll consultant at Siphra, you are offered the opportunity to work at the customer's location, if requested, but also the possibility to work remotely. Your Personality and Background As a person, you are consultative and find it easy to juggle multiple tasks. To succeed in the role of payroll consultant, it is very important that you can take responsibility for deliverables and are a good team player. You are used to planning your own work and are solution-focused. We would like to see that you have technical understanding of how a solution can be supported by technology, rather than manual processes. However, you don't need to be able to execute the technical parts since you have a strong and competent technical team behind you, but it is important that you are interested in systems. To fit into the role of payroll consultant, you have experience independently managing the entire payroll process, several years of experience working with payroll, relevant education in payroll or equivalent experience that we consider comparable. We would like to see that you have broad experience working in different systems and are interested in learning new ones, as you will be working with different customers. It's a bonus if you have experience with Agda, HR+8, Personec P, Flex HRM, Hogia Lön, or Kontek. It is also a strong merit if you have experience working as a payroll consultant and preferably in related HR areas. Equally important is contributing to the incredibly positive atmosphere within the team. If you also enjoy participating in sales meetings and driving sales in addition to working with payroll, we see that as a big plus!
