Your Role As a payroll consultant at Aspia, you'll be responsible for multiple customers across various industries. In this role, you'll need to be able to manage the entire payroll process and have a willingness to learn new areas. This is to provide excellent service to our customers and ensure high quality in your work. Your responsibilities as a payroll consultant include: Manage ongoing payroll work Communicate with client companies regarding payroll matters Handle time and travel files from source systems Quality assure the payroll process based on assignment complexity We always work in teams, so you'll have close collaboration with your colleagues in this role. Together, we ensure high-quality delivery to customers and provide input and feedback to each other based on our respective roles. The work is primarily performed at our office but can also include on-site work with clients. Your Profile For the role of Payroll Consultant, we're looking for someone who has: Previous experience with high-quality payroll work. We'd like to see that you have worked operatively with payroll processes and feel confident with independent payroll work, while also wanting to continue developing with us. Experience working in the Visma Agda PS payroll system Experience interpreting laws and agreements Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written We'd like to see that you have previously worked in a service-oriented role and that you enjoy working closely with both customers and colleagues. You have knowledge of the Office suite and Visma Agda PS. We also consider it a merit if you have experience from the consulting industry.
