We are now seeking a salary consultant for Salary Services.
Your responsibilities
As a salary consultant, your duties include providing our customers with support in salary and employment agreement matters, handling cases in our systems, issuing certificates, reporting pension information and conducting and planning training for our employees. We have a telephone line staffed between 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM Monday – Friday.
Your qualifications
You have education at least at upper secondary school level within a relevant field. You are comfortable working in digital systems without difficulty.
It is advantageous if you have:
• Education in payroll for at least 2 years
• Experience from several years of working with salaries in municipal operations
• Experience working with pensions and pension agreements
• Experience with administrative work with high case volumes and contact with customers via telephone and digital channels.
As a person, you are highly service-oriented and you need to handle your cases independently. You enjoy taking responsibility but at the same time understand the importance of teamwork and the team's success. The work requires accuracy and analytical ability as well as high integrity. Working on digitalizing processes and tasks is something you see as a natural part of your everyday work.
We are a small work group that needs to collaborate closely and great importance will be placed on your personal qualities.
