JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are now looking for a payroll administrator who wants to be part of our dedicated team and contribute to a modern and quality-assured payroll function. The position is placed under the Municipal Board, and our payroll team consists of four payroll administrators who all contribute to a positive, educational, and supportive work environment.
As a payroll administrator, you get a fun, rewarding, and developmental job where you work broadly within the entire payroll process and ensure that payroll management is conducted correctly, efficiently, and with high quality. You work in our payroll system Personec P and are an important part of both daily work and our continued development within the payroll area.
The role includes, among other things:
• Administer the entire employment process
• Register and review reported information
• Write employer certificates and other certificates
• Interpret and apply various collective agreements and local agreements, laws, and regulations
• Handle scheduling matters
• Provide support and service to managers and employees on payroll and personnel-related matters
• Participate in development work and digitalization within the payroll function
Beyond this, other tasks within payroll and personnel administration may occur.
QUALIFICATIONS
You have upper secondary education with an administrative focus or other education/experience that the employer deems equivalent. Payroll administrator training is considered meriting.
We work in Personec P, and experience with the system as well as experience handling multiple different collective agreements and local agreements is meriting.
You have good digital skills and are accustomed to working in different systems. You express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written.

You work independently but at the same time have an inclusive approach and good collaboration skills. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
