WORK TASKS
Vingåker Municipality is facing an exciting transformation and will take over payroll administration from Oxelösund Municipality. Therefore, we are now seeking an experienced payroll administrator to strengthen our team. You will be part of the HR unit and work in close collaboration with experienced payroll administrators. Your day-to-day work will be led by our HR controller.
At Vingåker Municipality, we manage payroll in a centralized manner and administer payroll for all our operations. As a payroll administrator, you will be a key person in our payroll work. Your responsibilities will include:
• Ongoing payroll administration
• Issuing certificates
• Quality assurance through controls and monitoring prior to payroll
• Pension administration handling
We have a high volume of payroll management and ensure that our employees receive the correct salary on time. Our work takes place primarily in the personnel systems Visma, Medvind, and TimeCare. Payroll operations handle approximately 2,500 pay statements each month.
You will work closely with our three experienced payroll administrators and together ensure efficient and accurate payroll administration. You will also have an important role in the ongoing work of developing and improving our processes.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with:
Several years of experience as a payroll administrator
Post-secondary education in payroll (e.g., vocational training) or equivalent work experience
Very good knowledge of Visma Recruit, preferably with experience administering the system
Experience working with Visma, TimeCare, and/or Medvind is a merit
Recruitment experience is a merit
You are thorough, organized, and have a strong sense for numbers. You are service-oriented and experienced in handling inquiries via phone and email. Teamwork ability is essential for you, and you actively contribute to a positive work environment. You work independently and find it easy to prioritize and maintain focus, even when workload is high. It is an advantage if you have experience with municipal collective agreements or have worked in a larger organization. Additionally, if you have an interest in digitalization and improvement initiatives, we see that as a major plus.
Salary form: Monthly salary.
