Right now we have the ambition to expand the payroll department and are therefore looking for a payroll administrator to continue developing our operations. Your Responsibilities As a payroll administrator, you are a qualified support resource to the group's managers and employees and work closely with HR and finance. Together we are responsible for the payroll process – from registration and preparation to verification, payment, and follow-up. You ensure quality and efficiency in payroll work, make employment law interpretations, analyze and process statistical data. You will also be involved in mapping and developing our existing processes with a focus on costs, risks, and efficiency. An important part of the role is to drive development, optimization, and digitalization of payroll processes. In this way, you contribute to smarter working methods, higher quality, and an even better delivery. As one of three payroll administrators, you are part of the Payroll Department and report to the Payroll Manager. Collaboration within the group is an important part of the work. We support each other and help manage peak periods, absences, and other situations that require extra effort. With us you will: Handle payroll processing - payroll calculation, quality assurance, and payment Ensure correct reporting of wages, taxes, and employer contributions Interpret and apply laws and collective agreements Prepare reports, statistics, and follow-up documentation Work with discrepancies, time systems, travel expenses, benefits, and register maintenance Support employees and managers with questions regarding wages, benefits, and agreements The role is initially more operational with a focus on payroll preparation and quality assurance and will develop over time to be more analytical and improvement-driven. Your Qualifications We are looking for someone who is analytical, thorough, and organized with a strong drive to develop and wants to contribute to improving our working methods. As a person, you have both the ability to work independently and take your own initiatives as well as good collaboration skills, prioritize common goals, and are service-oriented. We would appreciate if you also have: High school education, preferably with an economic focus, or vocational higher education in payroll or finance Courses in payroll administration, employment law, and experience with collective agreements are advantageous. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Advantages if you have worked in Agda PS, Quinyx, and/or Visma Expense.
