The position is located in central Stockholm (Kungsträdgården) with some opportunity for remote work by agreement. Your Responsibilities In your role as a salary economist, you will be an important support during Swedish Church's transition to HRPlus8 and Medvind. You will take an active role in structuring processes, improving system setup, and providing support to the organization. Your main responsibilities include: Identify improvement areas in system setup, structure routines, and work toward good order regarding payroll lists Develop current working methods to improve structure (rather than passively following Payroll Services) Work with cost allocation and scheduling Provide enhanced user support and guidance to congregations and system users Support ongoing payroll management and, when needed, handle reimbursements, benefits, and fees Your Qualities We are looking for someone with great patience, pedagogical skills, and a genuine service orientation. You are proactive, independent, and confident in your system expertise. Qualifications: Many years of experience in payroll management Very good knowledge of Visma systems Medvind (scheduling and time reporting) and HR+8 (employment, reimbursements, fees, etc.) Good understanding of cost allocation and scheduling Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written Scope and Start Date Full-time, consulting assignment for 3 months.
