Your Assignment As payroll manager, you are responsible for accurate and efficient payroll delivery and for developing work methods, system flows, and controls. You will lead the payroll function, support HR, finance, and managers in the organization, and ensure that our processes for salary, pensions, insurance, car benefits, and other benefits operate professionally and commercially. As payroll manager, you report to the HR Manager who is part of the company leadership. We are Looking for You Who Have several years of experience in qualified payroll work and preferably experience from labor-intensive operations Are confident in Swedish payroll management, collective agreements, labor law, taxes, pensions, insurance, and benefits Have good system knowledge and preferably experience with Agda, TooEasy, or similar systems Thrive with creating structure, developing routines, and simplifying work methods Are communicative, thorough, service-oriented, and have high integrity With Us You Get An important role in a growing company where you can influence, improve, and build for the future.
