Dragon Port is now seeking a payroll administrator/finance assistant to join an engaged team that works with heart. You'll become an important key player in our effort to create order, security, and quality in our financial flow. 📌 Your Responsibilities Manage the entire payroll process Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and collective agreements Ongoing bookkeeping and accounts receivable/payable management Processing incoming and outgoing payments Assist with month-end closings and reconciliations Provide support to internal and external parties on financial and payroll-related matters 🔍 Qualifications We're looking for someone who has: Post-secondary education in payroll administration – or equivalent documented experience Strong knowledge of finance and payroll administration Very good computer skills Ability to work structurally, independently, and with a solution-focused mindset A positive attitude, good collaboration skills, and a service-oriented mindset Meritorious: Experience from similar roles in small to medium-sized companies.
