About the Position This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting 12 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant for the company. There may be opportunities to extend the assignment. About the Company The company was founded in 2000 and is a corporation consisting of a family of brands and is unique in its kind on the Swedish market. The company's Shared Service Center operates based on common processes and systems and administers services for all of the corporation's wholly owned companies. The company has approximately 160 employees and is located in modern, fine premises in Jönköping. Operations are characterized by a fast pace and a warm and welcoming work environment. Work Responsibilities As a Payroll Administrator, you will be part of the payroll administration team and work with payroll management in a corporation with large volumes. This is an administrative and varied position where you get the opportunity to develop broad knowledge in several areas within payroll and HR administration. You will be part of a collaborative organization with a supportive team that works according to established processes and efficient working methods. In your daily work you will, among other things: Review and approve personnel data in the HR system Administer updates in the payroll system Handle certificates and annual income Perform reporting to authorities and handle corrections Control and administer travel expenses and out-of-pocket expenses Respond to and handle questions about payroll from employees and managers in the organization Interpret and administer various payroll-related matters Handle mail and other payroll administration Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities Post-secondary education in HR or payroll Experience in administration, preferably in HR Good computer and system proficiency You speak and write fluent Swedish Meritorious if you have experience in payroll To succeed in this role, we see that you are a careful and structured person who is motivated by working with administration and ensuring high quality in your work.
