In your role as Payroll Administrator, you will work together with colleagues in your department to support the entire payroll function. You will be responsible for registrations in various systems, creating and managing reports, handling travel expense reports, payroll calculations, and similar payroll administrative tasks.
About You
We are looking for a positive and service-oriented person for our team. You must be able to handle stress while remaining friendly and delivering at a high level. You must be loyal and thorough in your work to minimize errors. You must have proficiency in Swedish, both in writing and speaking. If you speak English and another language, that is a merit, and experience from a similar workplace or from the transport industry is also advantageous.
We would like you to have training in payroll administration and a few years of experience in payroll and personnel administration within the transport and logistics industry. Alternatively, work experience and/or training deemed equivalent is acceptable. You should also be self-sufficient in handling TransPA/AGDA, the Office suite, and Teams. Furthermore, we also see that you have experience with the transport agreement.
As a person, you are unpretentious, independent, and thorough. You are also service-oriented and possess a pedagogical ability in interaction with colleagues, both workers and salaried staff. We also see that you are positive, have good analytical skills, and find it easy to organize and plan your work.
Important for the position:
• Training in payroll administration, or alternatively training or work experience deemed equivalent
• Meritable with 2 years of experience in payroll and personnel administration
• Very good knowledge of the Office suite and Teams
• Can communicate fluently in Swedish and English in both speech and writing
• Meritable if you have worked in TransPA and AGDA
• Highly meritable if you speak other languages such as Serbo-Croatian, Polish, etc.
We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
The work is conducted at our headquarters in Hjärnarp, primarily during office hours (8:00-17:00 or 7:00-16:00 Monday-Friday).
