We at Humana are now seeking a payroll administrator to join our wonderful team in Örebro. Here you will work alongside engaged employees who daily provide exceptional service to our customers, employees, and partners, and ensure that our skilled employees receive the correct salary at the right time. About the Position As a payroll administrator, your main responsibilities are to administer salaries and expenses for our personal assistants and customers. The position includes contact with customers, personal assistants, assignment managers, government agencies, etc. You will help answer questions about salaries, timesheets, and expenses. Common work tasks include: Timesheets Salary Registration Per Diem and Expense Reimbursements Benefit Taxation The position is a fixed-term employment until January 10, 2027. Start date is immediate or by agreement. You will work full-time, Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00 with the possibility of flexible hours. The position is based at Humana's beautiful Örebro office. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who wants to work according to our values of engagement, joy, and responsibility, and who has experience working with administration, service, and customer contact. If you have previously worked with payroll, administration, and have experience with Agresso, that is a merit. It is advantageous if you are trained as a payroll consultant at a vocational college or have academic training in economics or law. As a person, you are thorough, structured, responsible, and have the ability to work both independently and in a team. To thrive in this role, you must be accustomed to handling multiple tasks simultaneously, which places high demands on flexibility and stress tolerance. You have telephone experience, experience with customer contacts, and a habit of delivering service at a high level.
