About the Role As a Payroll Administrator, you will be an important part of the payroll function within People Services Sweden and will be responsible for ensuring a correct, efficient, and compliant payroll process. The role combines operational payroll administration with support to employees and managers, quality assurance, and participation in various development and improvement initiatives. You will work closely with colleagues in payroll, internal stakeholders, and external parties to ensure that payroll management maintains high quality and complies with applicable laws, agreements, and regulations. Common work tasks: Handle payroll matters from start to finish, including new hires, terminations, absences, allowances, and deductions. Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on payroll-related questions. Conduct quality checks and ensure accurate payroll disbursements. Participate in projects and initiatives related to digitalization, automation, and process improvements. Your Profile We are looking for someone who is organized, meticulous, and has strong accountability. You thrive in a service-oriented role with many contact points and have good communication skills. To succeed in this role, you need to be collaborative, quality-conscious, and have a genuine interest in developing and improving work methods and processes. Requirements for the Position Vocational higher education in payroll (1.5–2 years) and at least 2 years of experience with full-cycle payroll administration, or alternatively at least 5 years of operational experience in payroll administration. Experience working with the SD Worx payroll system. Good knowledge of laws, regulations, and processes in the payroll field. Professional level Swedish, spoken and written. Professional level English, spoken and written. Good administrative skills and experience working structurally with high quality. Meritorious Experience working with multiple collective agreements, experience with Teknikavtalet, and experience from larger organizations with complex processes and system environments are considered meritorious.
