Adecco is now seeking a payroll administrator for an exciting consulting assignment with an established food company in Malmö. You'll join a highly skilled team and play a vital role in ensuring the payroll process runs smoothly from start to finish. About the Assignment The assignment starts October 6, 2026 and is initially for 6 months. The role is operational and focuses entirely on payroll administration, where you will drive and ensure the ongoing payroll process. You will initially receive comprehensive handover and then independently manage the payroll process. You will be part of a team consisting of three payroll consultants and one responsible manager. The team works closely together with an unpretentious culture where members help each other, ask questions, and share knowledge. Responsibilities As a payroll administrator, you will: Manage the entire ongoing payroll process. Handle payroll for both union and salaried employees. Ensure that payroll is processed correctly and according to applicable agreements and procedures. Receive and handle payroll-related inquiries from employees. Maintain contact and close collaboration with HR Business Partners at the company's factory locations. Contribute to an efficient payroll process and meet deadlines even during periods of high workload. About You To succeed in this role, we see that you have: Practical experience in payroll administration. Extensive experience with Agda – this is a requirement. Strong understanding of the entire payroll process. Very good Swedish language skills in both spoken and written form. Ability to work independently and methodically. As a person, you are service-oriented, detail-focused, and responsible. You understand that the payroll function is an important service function for the organization's employees and you enjoy helping and finding solutions to questions that arise. You are comfortable taking own initiative and seeking information and solutions independently. At the same time, you are unpretentious and have no problem asking the team for help when needed. The operation experiences periodic high pressure, so you need to be able to prioritize, stay calm, and tackle one thing at a time. You are also a positive and social person who contributes to a pleasant team atmosphere. Practical Information Start: October 6, 2026 Scope: Full-time Assignment Duration: Initially 6 months Working Hours: Flexible hours, typically 07:45–16:30 Location: Malmö Hybrid Work: The role is primarily on-site at the office, with the possibility to work from home approximately one day per week by agreement.
